By joining us as a Specialist II, Buyer Planner, you will be a key member of Business Unit Supply Chain Planning team, a group of Supply Chain professionals that primarily focuses on supply and demand planning as well as vendor engagement.

In this capacity, you will be working with a cross-functional team in the organization and vendors outside the organization. This will improve your communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills while dealing with various supply chain issues and concerns. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • To release purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and send them to the supplier.
  • To review open purchase orders, receive order confirmation, quantity, and price acknowledgments from suppliers, and load suppliers' promise ship dates into the business system.
  • To conduct regular supplier engagement through monthly Sales and Operations (S&OP) meetings.
  • To prepare and maintain an Inventory Projection Plan for the finished goods of the assigned items.
  • To maintain and track supply levels in accordance with set targets and parameters.
  • To review and recommend forecast changes as well as ABC and SLD classification of assigned finished goods.

You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or other Engineering or Management related fields.
  • 2.5 years of relevant experience in Buying, Planning, and Supply Chain with data mining, manipulation, analysis, and reporting experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Supplier relationship management with both local and international vendors.
  • Knowledge of Inventory management and Supply GAP analysis.
  • Understanding of freight domestic and international.
