JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood is currently looking for a Work Management Team Lead to join our team in Basra, Iraq on a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotational work

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver a suite of WMS/ SHE material and programs in line with COMPANY requirement
• Prepare WMS/ SHE material and program
• Develop and publish basic SHE overviews programs which would be used as introductory / learning programs prior to implementation of the current suite of programs.
• Deliver Individual effectiveness Skills operations and maintenance persons
• Present WMS (utilizing an approved WMS program) as required in accordance with the client and Iraq government regulations as well as industry systems as applicable.
• Assess people capabilities and modify program material / presentation as needed to maximize workers' learnings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge / Ability / Skills:

• University Degree (with focus of Safety Health and Environment)
• Minimum of 7yrs NEBOSH and OSHA experience
