As part of our growth, we are currently seeking a Labor Relations Specialist, to join the team based in Nanterre/La Défense.
About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
Social legal advice
• Contribute to the companys transversal HR and change management projects
• Anticipate, identify and evaluate risks in order to propose the most appropriate legal solutions depending on the business requirements
• Conduct in-depth legal studies and analyses on specific labor law issues
• Develop internal guides and procedures and training modules to make managers and employees aware of the rules of labor law applicable in the Entity
Management of individual and collective labor relations
• Deal with operational labor law issues related to the daily life of the Entity or its employees
• Draft specific correspondence, declarations, contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Prepare meetings with employee representative bodies and prepares legal documents related to these bodies (information/consultation notes, answers to questions, etc.)
• Support the HR Director in the proper management of social dialogue at local level
• Ensure the follow-up of individual labor law disputes in the Entity in conjunction with law firms
Labor law monitoring
• Follow the various legislative/agreement and case law developments likely to influence the Entity in terms of labor law
• Support the proper implementation and monitoring of company agreements and social policies at local level
• Inform HR about changes that have an impact on labor law
• Drive social audits in the Entity
• Design social training modules
Requirements:
• Masters degree in labor law
• From no experience (entry level) to a fundamental professional experience required in the field of labor relations
• Strong knowledge of labor law
• Excellent writing, analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent communication/relational skills (analyze, listen and influence people)
• Good practice of English
