Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- Minimum of fifteen (15+) years of experience in land development to include project management, supervision and client relationships.

- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing the financial, marketing, human resources and operational aspects of an engineering department.
- Demonstrated experience with reading construction plans and using computer applications and design
Physical Demands and Working Environment
- Primarily indoor professional office environment which may include exposure to bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic.
