Your role and responsibilities

The R2R CoE consists of control related roles as well as accounting expert roles within R2R processes; primarily role of the CoE is to ensure R2R Controls and Policy adherence for respective R2R areas operated from Global Hub. As R2R CoE Capability Lead you will manage the R2R CoE team which includes direct supervision of the team, interaction with GPO and BPM team, business stakeholders, global operational Hub leaders, CoE R2R in SLP and ensuring CoE is globally operating towards agreed objectives. You will also ensure that defined service level agreements for R2R and CoE are successfully met The work model for the role is: #hybrid, #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the team which consists of highly qualified experts which include daily support, coaching, mentoring and performance management • Serving as Control Owner (BPO role) for internal control for respective R2R process areas. Ensure a healthy and robust internal control and risk mindset, and ensure that controls are delivered and relevant policies are implemented • Continuously assessing opportunities for improvement / efficiency; drive standardization & automation in possible areas using continuous improvement methodologies in alignment with key stakeholders • Supporting maintenance of business continuity plan (BCP) for Global R2R operations • Involving in management and prioritization of R2R related projects • Managing efficient CoE team, including development, integration, testing and deployment of further automation and process improvements • Managing the daily CoE tasks and activities re. control & validation as well as process expertise, delivering target KPIs and relevant reporting and analytics • Using metrics (KPIs) in order to identify areas of improvements in the process that will deliver expected benefits • Encouraging data driven assessments and proposals to solve complex business problems

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in working with SOX Controls and E2E R2R processes within the finance and business management sector.
• You have 6 years of operational experience and 3 years of managerial experience, demonstrating your ability to lead teams of similar or larger sizes.
• You possess an enhanced knowledge of major technological platforms and tools like Celonis.
• You are passionate about identifying risks and guiding your team to implement effective mitigation solutions.
• You are innovative around managing multiple stakeholders and delivering on multiple tracks/projects.
• You have a proven ability to identify root causes of issues and resolve them collaboratively.
• You have extensive knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies, particularly Lean Six Sigma.
• You hold a graduate degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or have equivalent work experience.
• You are at ease communicating in English
