Your role and responsibilities
The Customer Support Specialist is the first point of contact for internal and external customers and business partners of the organization. He/she is responsible for the overall process from order registration until the finalization of the deal including logistic activities and relevant documentation and all related after sales activities. The work model for the role is onsite. This role is contributing to Motion business area. You will be mainly accountable for: • Ensuring the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams • Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests and coordinating with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice, etc.) is in place • Responsible for trade comliance activities and support related to Motion business area • Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g., forecast) using available tools and collecting additional relevant information and tracking regular sales performance against the target and sharing insights with the management You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role
- University degree
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in similar position
- You are qualified in SAP, MS Office (Word, Excel)
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You are passionate about working in a team environment
