Our Production Engineering Excellence department develops and maintains Manufacturing and Production Engineering strategies and principles within Manufacturing technologies & tooling.
Responsibilities
- This role will take the lead and inspire the direction for the following department initiatives
- Develop and implement training and documentation concepts in an interlinked perspective and define the governance for verification and validation for manufacturing processes
- Inspire the development and framework for managing manufacturing requirements within the value chain and training in business processes in VVP (PRO). Be manufacturing representative in Business Processes where Manufacturing is a significant stakeholder
- Identify and maintain production documentation and training concepts for manufacturing. Standard framework for manufacturing requirements management, validation and verification across all projects
- Stakeholder management, close collaboration with stakeholders, E.G. PE functions, factories
Qualifications
- 10 + years relevant experience
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years working matrix or global organization

- You are a leader who sets visions for where you want to take the team as well as the business, who can create strategies to achieve these visions and the passion & curious attitude to see them through
- You are a leader with highly developed interpersonal skills who is a natural communicator across regions and department, and at all levels of the organization
