Overall Responsibility:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing potential clients, and assisting them in securing approval to do business with us. This role combines the responsibilities of a lead generation specialist with the added focus on ensuring client approval.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the mortgage lending industry;
• Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients;
• Work closely with an experienced Team to learn and apply lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
• Engage with leads to understand their needs, and educate them about our products and services;
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients;
• Assist clients in navigating the application and approval process;
• Learn to collaborate with the underwriting and credit teams;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in mortgage lending regulations to effectively position our company and its products.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales and the mortgage lending industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with potential clients;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving industry;
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using standard office software;
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment;
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
