General Overview:

The role involves processing and managing moderately complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints related to products and services, offering specialized technical knowledge and application support. You will cultivate ongoing relationships with select customers and the sales team, particularly those focused on technical aspects of the product. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of products, availability, and sales territories, acting as a vital link between the customer and the company. It typically requires at least one year of experience, completion of product-specific technical training, and proven expertise in technical product and process knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and process customer orders and inquiries received via mail, phone, or in-person interactions.
  • Provide timely and accurate pricing, availability, and scheduling information within set guidelines.
  • Recommend additional or alternative products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Verify and approve credit within established limits, ensuring order confirmation.
  • Research and resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and sales staff to ensure prompt responses.
  • Monitor order activity, alerting the relevant team members to potential delivery delays and expediting urgent orders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges with customers.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is competitive and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The expected salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 per year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.
