This role involves managing market consultations, supplier qualifications, and the negotiation of fabrication contracts for offshore wind foundations. You will have a strong background in industrial procurement, contract engineering, and energy sector projects.

Qualifications and Experience:
This role involves managing market consultations, supplier qualifications, and the negotiation of fabrication contracts for offshore wind foundations. You will have a strong background in industrial procurement, contract engineering, and energy sector projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Consultation and Contract Negotiation:
- Organize and manage the market consultation process for offshore foundation/structure fabrication contracts.
- Prepare tender deliverables, administrate calls for tenders, and qualify suppliers.
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions, including variations in agreements.
- Present negotiation outcomes to management.
- Deliverables: Memos, presentations, and negotiated contracts (Agreements & Exhibits).
Procurement Strategy Support for Offshore Wind Foundations:
- Consolidate market intelligence and supplier insights for foundation suppliers.
- Run multidisciplinary workshops with structural engineers, legal experts, and project engineers.
- Deliverables: Memos and presentations.
Contract Expertise for Renewable Projects (Pre-FID Phase):
- Provide contract engineering expertise and coordination for various renewable projects.
- Prepare templates and call-for-tender (CFT) documentation.
- Execute responsibilities with a focus on timelines, costs, quality, sustainability, and health, safety, and environment (HSE).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in industrial procurement or contracts engineering, ideally in the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of energy-related challenges and industrial construction techniques.
- Robust understanding of industrial projects in Oil & Gas or renewable energies.
- Expertise in EPC and FIDIC contracts.
- Proven experience in complex construction contract negotiations.
