The Customer Service Officier is responsible for the management of daily operations in the Customer Service. The Customer Service Officier works close together with 2 Sales Representatives. Customers :
- Respond on requests and claims from customers. (telephone 15#/day, mail 20#/day)
- Contracts & files : check, input, rebates & additional services contracts like Eurovat , Passango , Ecotax,... .
- Marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager
- Administration on " dépassement clients " and " retour Passango ",
- Order of new customer cards and toll.
- Follow-up portfolio of customers
- Help - train the customers to use xnet
General administration :
- Mails (post) and the e-mails to customers.service-be@as24.com
- Sales support for the sales representatives
- Reporting activities
- Back-up of colleagues (customer service, sales officer)
Network :
- Administrative help to Technical Manager.
- Manual acceptance authorization.
- Follow up of fraud cases in stations.
- Resolve cards, tolls issues at distance
Candidate Profile
- Having a high reactivity to satisfy customers
- Handling good with administration concerning customer files
- Helping Management and Sales rep
- Detail-oriented, organized
- Having a commercial feeling in helping customers
- Team spirit
- Good sense of business and figures
- Dutch / French / English
