Activities

The Customer Service Officier is responsible for the management of daily operations in the Customer Service. The Customer Service Officier works close together with 2 Sales Representatives. In general he/she is the interface for the different services within the organization and will specialized for commercial and marketing topics.
Size of portfolio of sales representatives : 250 customers

You are in charge of ..

Customers :
  • Respond on requests and claims from customers. (telephone 15#/day, mail 20#/day)
  • Contracts & files : check, input, rebates & additional services contracts like Eurovat , Passango , Ecotax,... .
  • Marketing actions decided by the Benelux Country Manager
  • Administration on " dépassement clients " and " retour Passango ",
  • Order of new customer cards and toll.
  • Follow-up portfolio of customers
  • Help - train the customers to use xnet

General administration :

  • Mails (post) and the e-mails to customers.service-be@as24.com
  • Sales support for the sales representatives
  • Reporting activities
  • Back-up of colleagues (customer service, sales officer)

Network :
  • Administrative help to Technical Manager.
  • Manual acceptance authorization.
  • Follow up of fraud cases in stations.
  • Resolve cards, tolls issues at distance

  • Having a high reactivity to satisfy customers
  • Handling good with administration concerning customer files
  • Helping Management and Sales rep
  • Detail-oriented, organized
  • Having a commercial feeling in helping customers
  • Team spirit
  • Good sense of business and figures
  • Dutch / French / English
