As Manager Group Communications (m/f/d) for internal communication, you are responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that reach our internal employees - both in the office and at customer sites and Bilfinger workshops worldwide. In this role, you are responsible for co-developing and implementing internal communication strategies. This position requires professional leadership with extensive experience in internal corporate communication and stakeholder management.

As Manager Group Communications (m/f/d) for internal communication, you are responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that reach our internal employees - both in the office and at customer sites and Bilfinger workshops worldwide. In this role, you are responsible for co-developing and implementing internal communication strategies. This position requires professional leadership with extensive experience in internal corporate communication and stakeholder management.
Your tasks:
- Research and exchange with internal stakeholders to create concepts for internal communication
- Formulate clear, convincing messages for a variety of platforms (intranet, employee app, email updates, employee events, video productions, etc.) that inspire and inform our employees
- Plan and implement internal events
- Conceptualize and implement photo reports, videos, and film productions both with external agencies and in-house using photo and video editing software
- Develop ideas and concepts for the use of digital visual media in the context of the company's internal communication strategy
- Work closely with the international management team, HR department, and other departments to ensure communication is tailored and relevant, addressing the key concerns of employees
- Support leadership communication by developing materials and enabling leaders to convey important information to teams, especially regarding strategy implementation and organizational changes
- Jointly plan and conduct events for external quarterly reporting and Capital Markets Days
- Coordinate closely with internal communication colleagues to ensure consistent messages worldwide
- Budget planning, coordination, and management of external service providers
Our requirements:
- Completed university or master's degree, preferably with a focus on communication sciences
- At least 4 years of professional experience in corporate communication
- Extensive editorial skills from practical experience in journalism, agency, or company, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment
- Enjoy identifying, researching, formulating, and preparing complex topics
- Experience in independently planning, developing, and managing complex communication projects
- Strategic communication understanding
- Independent project implementation and willingness to take responsibility and shape
- Professional and confident handling of internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels
- High level of commitment, reliability, and resilience
- Strong teamwork skills
- Language skills: Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken
