POSITION OVERVIEW:

The National Accounts Sales Manager will report to the Director of Service Operations. A sales driven "Hunter" mentality is key for this position. The National Accounts Sales Manager will be the face of the National Accounts Division at Air Comfort, LLC. This is an in-person position.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Pursue all National Account Preventive Maintenance / Service opportunities provided by Air Comfort, LLC.
  • Develop new National Account Preventive Maintenance / Service opportunities through market strategy and business development functions.
  • Prepare and submit all prequalification documentation, portal pricing, revisions, and contract essentials for all bidding opportunities.
  • Prepare project scopes and secure pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors for favorable pricing.
  • Perform postmortem analysis on completed projects, comparing estimated costs to actual costs incurred
  • Grow our national database of qualified subcontractors throughout the United States to ensure maximum coverage.
  • Develop and execute a vetting process for prospective subcontractors to ensure they meet Air Comfort, LLC quality standards.
  • Assist with management of existing National Accounts as required.
  • Estimate and prepare service quotes for existing National Account customers as required.
  • Occasionally travel to key National Accounts as needed.
  • Work closely with the Director of Service Operations, National Accounts Coordinators, and Air Comfort Customer Care Representative to ensure that our customers' needs are met to their satisfaction.
  • Assist in resolution of all problems that arise within the National Account base.
  • Lead the annual contract renewal process, including review of Preventive Maintenance Contract gross margins and adjustment of contract sell price to maintain company prescribed gross margin.
  • Review all Time and Material labor rates annually and adjust as required to maintain company prescribed gross margin.
  • Assist Air Comfort, LLC leadership team with annual budgeting process.
  • Attend customer and industry events to represent Air Comfort LLC in a professional manner.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10-years of experience in a sales-driven, account management position (preferably National Sales).
  • Ability to travel on a monthly basis or as required.
  • Outgoing personality; excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, results driven mentality.
  • Technology proficient.
  • Team Player.
