About the role
Responsible for operating a Siemens Building Technology-Landis Division Systems 600 with insight 2.8 and Johnson Controls METASYS Network Control unit systems.
What you'll do
• Responsible for operating, repairing, adjusting, modifying, installing components, testing, calibrating existing pneumatic, pneumatic/electric, and electric/pneumatic control systems.
• Responsible for locating deficiencies in the Direct Digital Control (DDC)-based
• EMCS systems as installed and notifying site management.
• Perform major and minor preventive maintenance on the installed EMCS.
• Responsible for monitoring utility consumption and demand and maintaining written records of all activities related to these functions and generating a daily building systems status report and providing it to the Building Managers.
• Ensure continuous operation and surveillance of the building EMCS and HVACR equipment by constant vigilance, analyzing readings and printout data, responding to alarms and complaints, performing repairs and required maintenance,
• Ensuring that appropriate remedial actions are taken to correct and resolve system indicators and functions, suggesting programming for adding system points and supporting graphics.
What you'll need
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of four years' experience as a certified refrigerant technician.
• Licensed HVAC technician preferred.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a control technician.
Required Licenses and Certifications:
• Must have a Universal CFC
• Journeyman license preferred.

1.Complete all required and assigned HSE training at a satisfactory level,
2.Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements,

4.Report any conditions which you feel could result in an accident or injury and / or stop work if required.

The minimum salary for this position is $32.45/hr and the maximum salary for this position is $51.62/hr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
