As a Collection Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play acrucial role in managing the collection's function and ensuring timelycollection of outstanding accounts receivable. Your primary responsibility willbe to analyze customer payment trends, develop strategies to optimize thecollections process, and reduce delinquency rates. You will collaborate withcross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and escalations and provideregular reports on key performance metrics related to collections. You willreport directly to our Collections Manager, and you'll work out of ourShanghai, China location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you willimpact the financial health and stability of the company by effectivelymanaging credit risk, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring timely collection ofreceivables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze customer payment trends and develop action plansto address any issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolvecustomer disputes and escalations
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related tocollections
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, credit,or accounts receivable management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a relatedfield
• Understanding of tax implications of a multinationalcompany
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions withoutsupervision
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of people management
