Cost Control Specialist
We have an opportunity for a Cost Control Specialist to join us at Honeywell in Warsaw, PL.

Key responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing costs on the project
- Cooperating with Project Director and Project Managers to help them meet budgeting goals
- Preparing financial reports and presenting information to key stakeholders
- Developing and adjusting budgets, tracking current cost and deviations
- Managing additional works (budgets) from the financial point of view
- Implementing accounting software and automating cost control systems
- Calculating the variance between the budgeting plan and reality
- Developing cost-efficient solutions to implement changes
- Collaboration with department managers to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Recommend on the weekly basis measures to reduce expenses or accelerate revenue
Crucial Requirements/competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- Perfect understanding of financial, costs structures and budgeting models
- Experience in cost control related to construction projects (at least 3 years)
- Deep knowledge of effective cost tracking methods (incl. cost accounting, margin improvement) ,
- Thorough understanding of accounting principles and budgeting procedures
- Ability to work with multiple spreadsheets/calculations/customers in parallel
- English at least B1 (preferable B2)
