Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving ordergrowth and guiding the sales efforts in Seoul, IA. Your responsibilities willinclude developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building strongcustomer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new businessopportunities. Your expertise in sales, guidance, and strategic thinking willdirectly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overallbusiness success and market guidance.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'llwork out of our Seoul, IA location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by effectivelyguiding and managing the sales efforts in Seoul, IA. By developing strategicsales plans, building strong customer relationships, and identifying newbusiness opportunities, you will drive revenue growth, expand the customerbase, and exceed sales targets. Your contribution will position Honeywell as aguide in the industry and contribute to the company's overall success andmarket guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Guideand manage sales efforts in Seoul, IA, driving order growth and exceeding salestargets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expandthe customer base
• Buildand maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needsand provide innovative solutions
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identifynew business opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Workwith cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, orderprocessing, and facilitation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a high-performanceculture and driving professional development
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drivebusiness growth and market guidance

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive order growth
• Strongcommunication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Set up strategic relationships program including Accountplanning
• Technical Knowledge on web gauge & control system
• Intermediate or above in English
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
