As a Sewer Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining sewing machines to produce high-quality textile products. You will work as part of a team to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining strict quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will impact the production process by ensuring that all sewn products meet the required specifications and quality standards. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions. The intent of We expect this role, dedicated to the PPE business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

- Sewing operations such as sewing, serging, binding, sealing assembly and other similar operations
- Perform the function of sewing or assembling fabric or hardware in a safe and efficient manner
- Prepares machine by changing needles and thread, oiling and changing bobbin, and securing attachments
- Sews materials together by guiding material under machine needle
- Perform the various hand tasks necessary to sew products including turning the material to hem, join pieces, and repairing defective products
- Perform counting and inspecting of the product during the sewing process
- Meet or exceed monthly productivity goals for the position as well as contribute significantly to department goals
- Maintain work areas and tooling in neat and orderly condition, has an understanding of the 5S concepts
- Maintain all required records
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
