- Support domestic and international travel arrangements for staff and contractor
- Manage home leave and demobilisation travel for international personnel
- Ensure visa requirements and HSE-approved accommodations are met for travellers
- Liaise with Travel Management Company for non-standard travel and accommodation requests
- Update the Travel Tracker System and generate travel reports for operations and global mobility
- Oversee ticketing, manage credits, and review invoices for accurate processing
- Coordinate with HSES for security briefings and resolve booking tool errors via Concur Support
Essential skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Travel and Tourism Certificate III OR Global equivalent
- Previous experience in a Corporate Travel position
- Knowledge and experience in International travel routing and airfares
- Knowledge and experience of Online Booking Tools
- Confident computer skills
- Sound knowledge of the airline seating allocation process
