We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ProjectManager to lead and manage delivery of ELV, SCADA and ICT systems in Al Madinahregion. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing theplanning, coordination, execution, and completion of projects related to thesystems in road/tunnels infrastructure environment.

Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution:
• Developcomprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resourceallocation.
• Coordinatewith stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Ensureadherence to project management methodologies and best practices.
• Monitorproject progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implementmitigation strategies.
• Manageproject documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, andstatus reports.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Leadcross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, vendors, andsubcontractors.
• Provideclear direction, guidance, and support to team members.
• Fostera collaborative and positive work environment, promoting effectivecommunication and teamwork.
• Conductregular team meetings to review project status, address challenges, and ensurealignment with project goals.
Stakeholder Management:
• Establishand maintain strong relationships with end users, and key projectstakeholders.
• Regularlycommunicate project updates, milestones, and deliverables tostakeholders.
• Addressstakeholder concerns and manage expectations throughout the projectlifecycle.
• Collaboratewith the client's Engineering and Delivery Teams to integrate systems andensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
• Implementquality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality systems andservices.
• Conductregular inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications andstandards.
• Identifyand mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financialrisks.
• Implementeffective change management processes to handle scope changes and minimizeproject disruptions.
Budget and Resource Management:
• Developand manage project budgets, ensuring effective utilization of resources.
• Monitorproject expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and address budgetaryconstraints.
• Coordinatewith procurement teams to source and manage necessary equipment, materials, andservices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (+7 years), specifically in managing ELV, SCADA. ICT and security system projects within the infrastructure industry.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
