IDEAL CANDIDATES FOR RESORT ENGINEER II

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the general maintenance and corrective action and repairs of all of the companies asset's, including but not limited to guest rooms, public space, offices, roofs, boiler rooms, electrical rooms. This position is expected to perform high quality work in at least two of the following fields plumbing, electrical, HVACR and any issue in a guest room independently. This position will also be cross training in pools and water feature care.

Essential Functions:
• Ability to use appropriate and specialty hand/electric tools to repair and maintain items.
• Application of roofing materials as directed by Supervisors
• Work on ladders, scaffolds and platforms daylight and dark hours of the day
• Work and make solid independent decisions with little supervision
• Troubleshoot and Maintain HVACR unit, Kitchen equipment, Boilers, and other Mechanical/Electrical equipment as needed.
• General cleaning of shop areas
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles including golf carts
• Respond to guest issues with a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to troubleshoot toilets, faucets and shower plumbing
• Assist in all areas as needed.
• Perform proper lifting protocols and adhere to all safety/security protocols including MSDS are seeking passionate, service-oriented, positive and hard-working individuals with a love for health and wellness, and an excitement for hospitality.

This is Regular Full Time position for our Day shift.

Requirements
• One to two years' experience as General Maintenance Engineer
• Required HVACR certifications
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred
• Willing and able to work all shifts including weekends/holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Knowledge/passion in Health & Wellness
