POSITION SNAPSHOT:

• Highlights: Work with an experienced team that prioritizes its employees and customers.
• Job Type: HVAC Field Superintendent, HVAC Project Manager
• Work Hours: Full-time - Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Annual Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000
• Benefits: Medical, life insurance, a 401K with match, a company vehicle, PTO, and year-round work.
• Location: Riverdale, NJ

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED AS OUR HVAC FIELD SUPERINTENDENT:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NJ driver's license
• 5+ years in residential or light commercial HVAC installation, layout, and design
• EPA certifications (Type II or Universal)
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting strategies
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, work in various environmental conditions, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams

Familiarity with Service Titan software and the ability to lay out duct fittings is a plus. Plumbing experience is also preferred!
