We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Support Manager to oversee our WellSite Services (WSS) operational deliverables in Norway. Reporting directly to the WSS Country Manager Norway, this pivotal role will involve supervising and enhancing operational performance to meet company objectives, ensuring all work aligns with NOV's high standards. NOV Wellsite Services is a business unit within the Energy Products and Services segment, delivering equipment and services including BRANDT™ solids controlequipment, CRI equipment/services, iNOVaTHERM™ thermal treatment service and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all WSS operations activities in Norway, ensuring adherence to HSEQ procedures.
• Actively participate in operations, including direct involvement in support tasks.
• Coordinate company activities to achieve objectives with the highest quality standards.
• Prepare and organize operational plans, ensuring adequate resource allocation.
• Foster strong partnerships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor progress against operational targets and provide input for financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas sector.
• In-depth knowledge of rig equipment and drilling operations.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Norwegian.

Desired:

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Norwegian Oilfield Operators.
• Experience with metric tracking and performance evaluation.
