Job Description Summary

Job Description

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs to assist in identifying solutions
  • Work with multi-functional team of HR, Reporting, and Finance resources to help develop and govern current and future workforce planning needs
  • Become familiar with data architecture (Workday) while identify/anticipating data needs
  • Other activities, duties, and responsibilities assigned by the EHRM
  • Process documentation in accordance the possible changes together with process and system experts
  • Develop a good working relationship with the GE HR community through timely and accurate administration of HR processes, and early identification of requirements and any service issues
  • Demonstrated leadership, self-confidence, initiative, interpersonal skills, analytical ability and ability to adapt to change


  • Minimum Job Requirements
  • Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Phycologist, Marketing)
  • Strong communications skills, continuously want to learn and growth, High energy and Passion.
  • Availability for min. 30 hours per week
  • Sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • Working experience in using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage sensitive data
  • Supportive and enthusiastic team player
