YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting RNG Area Supervisor opportunity in our Guymon office. The RNG(Renewable Natural Gas) Area Supervisor will be required to lead in a team environment to accomplish the objectives identified by Upper Management and Operations Manager. This person is responsible for overseeing multiple RNG facilities ensuring safe and proper operation, installation, maintenance, and repair of all RNG site equipment. Responsible for Guymon/Hough/Optima area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for managing a team of operators at multiple RNG sites.
  • Aid in project planning, construction, oversight, and daily reporting
  • Ensure proper record keeping of preventative maintenance in equipment data files.
  • Aid in planning, scheduling, and oversee annual shutdowns.
  • Must be able to diagnose and repair RNG control systems, including I&E.
  • Follow all established safety procedures for safe operations of all plant equipment.
  • Ensure all RNG sites are operational, kept clean and free of clutter.
  • Compile Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports
  • Establish KPI metrics and maintain a budget
  • Use the WB manager work order system to ensure all maintenance work is done in accordance with manufacturers recommended methods and frequencies.
  • Work with both internal and external parties to resolve issues.
  • Provide leadership in professionalism and ethics.
  • Other duties may include but not limited to: ensure proper billing is done in a timely manner, site balance reporting, respond to problems with RNG sites when needed, coordinating maintenance, and maintain proper documentation of data.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
  • High School or GED
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and work orders in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be called out as necessary.
  • Must have a current valid driver license and an acceptable MVR

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field of study or Associates degree in Industrial Technology
  • Minimum of five (5) years' experience in RNG, CNG, Natural Gas, or petrochemical environment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Background in Natural Gas industry
  • Basic technical and mechanical experience
  • Strong communication skills via conference calls, emails and Microsoft Teams

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, risk of electrical shock and vibration.
  • The duties of this job require a person to stoop, bend, work off of knees, climb ladders and work in high areas up to 100 feet, work in dark areas and work in confined spaces after trained to do so.
  • The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
