IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals within the assigned region.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential clients, and strategically position our products and services to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and deliver integrated solutions that exceed customer expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential threats.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industrial automation technologies, market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Drive the development and implementation of effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Use CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales organization, promoting a positive work environment and a customer-centric approach.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field;
- Consistent track record of success in sales leadership roles,
- 5+ years of proven experience in industrial automation or related industries.
- Strong business insights and critical thinking, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to establish trust and influence key collaborators at all levels.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire, empower, and develop a successful sales team.
- Deep understanding of industrial automation technologies, market trends, and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel 25% - 35% with overnight and extended travel days within the assigned territory.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
