Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support with the accurate end-to-end resolution of post-sale customer requests. Each day, you will assist in resolving warranty products, customer complaints and disputes in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by analyzing trends within the claims process to highlight any repetitive failures to further support continuous improvement. This is an on-site position in Pinetops, NC This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions division in the United States. You will be mainly accountable for: • Maintaining constant communication with customers and internal functions, proactively, and provides them with the relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction. • Coordinating internal departments to ensure the customers' inquiries get addressed and documentation is completed in a timely manner. Reviews warranty requests and assesses the validity of customer claims. • Providing feedback to the factory about customers' opportunities and good practices. Helps troubleshoot customer issues and acts as a point of escalation for technical issues reported by customers. • Ensuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is required.
- 5 years of experience in customer service, working as customer support specialist with focus on customer complaints resolution. Or 3 years of experience in project management, working as associate project manager with focus on the voice of the customer.
- Sound knowledge of Customer Care Resolution Process and basic knowledge of the electrical utility market.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
