In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the North Central region.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase sales and expand into new regions and market specialities for both product lines (RIDGID and Greenlee).
  • Improve fieldwork efforts to promote products to end-users, supporting the distribution network in growing sales and improving market presence throughout the region.
  • Collaborate with the distribution network to develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to effectively serve market demands.
  • Achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all ProAction benefits (discounts, MDF, and rebates).
  • Build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under time constraints.
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for distributors and end-users, ensuring alignment and support for business objectives.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Experience in the industrial tools or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory management strategies and distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with ProAction programs, including MDF and rebates.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
