- Develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the North Central region.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase sales and expand into new regions and market specialities for both product lines (RIDGID and Greenlee).
- Improve fieldwork efforts to promote products to end-users, supporting the distribution network in growing sales and improving market presence throughout the region.
- Collaborate with the distribution network to develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to effectively serve market demands.
- Achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all ProAction benefits (discounts, MDF, and rebates).
- Build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under time constraints.
- Serve as the daily point of contact for distributors and end-users, ensuring alignment and support for business objectives.
- A professional who is dedicated to achieving results in sales and marketing.
- Skilled in building relationships with distributors and end-users to achieve common goals.
- Proactive in identifying growth opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
- Organized and adept at managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development roles.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the industrial tools or construction industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management strategies and distribution networks.
- Familiarity with ProAction programs, including MDF and rebates.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
