Job Description:

• You will provide top quality installations of residential HVAC systems and review proper operating instructions to your customer, providing an extraordinary customer experience.
• Establish customer rapport to provide our customers with the best experience. Customer service is the biggest part of what we do.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.
• Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record.
• S1, S2, S9, S10, D1 or D2 CT trade license is required!
• Outgoing, professional, clean cut and drug-free.
• Demonstrate the proper and safe use of tools and related equipment and procedures.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.
