Wehave an opportunity for a Senior IT Business Partner for the AerospaceTechnology business in Honeywell. You will play a crucial role in driving thestrategic alignment between IT organization and Aftermarket Service businessunit or functional areas for business technology strategy development, solutiondiscovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management. Understandbusiness needs and objectives and translate them into IT solutions that driveoperational efficiency, productivity, and growth.

This role requires a deep comprehension of both business processes and ITcapabilities, as well as the ability to drive IT initiatives that supportbusiness goals. Your expertise in IT strategy, business analysis, andrelationship management will be instrumental in delivering innovativetechnology solutions. You will work closely with Aerospace functional ITbusiness partners supporting ISC, engineering, and other functions. You will also interact with corporate sharedservices IT teams to deliver a portfolio of projects on time and budget and tosupport a portfolio of applications to service levels.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days workfrom home model.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives and translate these into IT requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure IT services meet business needs.
• Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide expert advice and guidance on IT-related matters to business units
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Key skills and qualifications

• University education in any business course of study including Information Technology, Engineering, Computer science or related field
• 5 years of experience in IT business partnering or a similar role, strong understanding of business processes and IT capabilities. Record of successfully delivering IT projects and driving business outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in supporting SAP or similar ERP platforms or other applications (e.g. CRM, eCommerce, ISC etc.), Business Intelligence and Analytics. Familiarity with data visualization tools ( Power BI, Tableau) or similar platforms.
