As the Finance Director, Strategic Sourcing leadingthe team supporting the global Sourcing and Procurement function at HoneywellAerospace Technologies, you will have a critical role in managing the financialperformance and implementing key financial strategies and initiatives. You willbe responsible for partnering with cross-functional leaders to drive supplychain strategy that enables long-term growth, margin expansion, and supplychain resiliency as well as supporting the short-term direct material financialperformance.

Reporting to the CFO, Integrated Supply Chain for Honeywell AerospaceTechnologies, you will play a key role in driving financial performance in adynamic business environment. Your responsibilities will include strategicplanning, forecasting, business modeling, analysis, and reporting. You willalso be responsible for driving productivity, mitigating inflation, andensuring robust review and internal controls processes around direct material,indirect expense, and value engineering savings.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and makea significant impact on the company's results during a time of supplyconstraints and inflationary pressures. You will work out of our headquartersin Phoenix, AZ on a hybrid work arrangement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with ISC Sourcing and Procurement seniorleadership to drive performance to commitments
• Leverage Sourcing experience to drive strategic businessdecisions that support supply chain resiliency
• Ensure strong internal controls and metrics performancereporting
• Act as a finance liaison with functional leaders to alignoperational metrics (e.g., direct material productivity, payables) to P&Land Cash Flow results
• Engage with Commodity Teams to support and optimizesupplier contract negotiations
• Participate in cross-SBG initiatives to standardizeprocesses and share best practices
• Support ISC Finance initiatives, ensuring processimprovements and establishing Finance standard work
• Develop the AOP/Formal Forecasts/Short Range Outlook
• Enhance and automate analytical tools for more efficientand timely reporting

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 8 years of Finance and Accounting experience inleadership roles
