Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC construction projects in Brooklyn, United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and sustainable building practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate HVAC construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship
• Review and interpret HVAC plans and specifications
• Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices in all projects
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC construction management
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems and technologies
• Experience with LEED certification and sustainable building practices
• Excellent project management and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC plans and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant codes and regulations
