Honeywell recently announced plans to sell itsPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products,Inc. ("PIP®"), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At thistime, we anticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subjectto customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PPEbusiness, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.

As aSr Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in driving the success of Honeywell's demand generation efforts.

Yourresponsibilities will include guiding the development and execution ofcomprehensive strategies to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth.By leveraging your expertise in marketing automation, analytics, and strategicthinking, you will contribute to the company's revenue growth and marketguidance. By guiding the development and execution of comprehensive demandgeneration strategies, you will drive qualified leads and pipeline growth,ultimately contributing to the company's revenue generation and businessgrowth. Your ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, andoptimize campaigns will position Honeywell as a guide in the industry and drivethe company's success in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide the development and execution of comprehensive demand generationstrategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
• Workwith marketing, sales, and product teams to align demand generation effortswith business objectives and product launches
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance-driven landscape toidentify new opportunities and optimize demand generation campaigns
• Utilize advanced marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on leadgeneration performance, ROI, and attribution
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the demand generation team,driving continuous improvement and professional development

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management
• Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics tools
• Excellent thoughtful and data-driven mindset, with the ability to deriveinsights and make data-backed choices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
