This position reports to
Senior Engineering Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: {Hybrid} {#LI-Hybrid} This role is contributing to the Process Automation business, and its Process Industries division in ABB Chile. Your main stakeholders will be internal clients from the Process Automation Business Area, corresponding to the Operations and Project Execution teams. You will be mainly accountable for: • Learning of terms related to system controls, both general and specific to 800xA, with guidance from tools and documents provided by the business. • Participating in client or internal projects that allow for a practical application of the acquired information. • Development of technical documentation through Excel and Word.

Qualifications for the role
- You have a professional degree in Electronic or Automation Engineering, have a solid grasp in the MS Office Package, and have some degree of knowledge (theoretical or practical) in Control Systems.
- You can communicate plans effectively, are highly organized and capable of establishing priorities within projects, and are highly objective-focused.
- You are at ease communicating in Spanish and are comfortable to a degree communicating in English as well.
