Job description
We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy Doha for a:
Handover coordinator
Job Purpose:
- Facilitates achieving readiness for safe and efficient Start-up and Handover of projects by coordinating implementation of Operations Readiness Processes including ORP (Operations Readiness Plan) development, Roadmap deliverables tracking and Project to Producing Asset (P-to-PA) Handover.
Your main duties will be to:
- Coordinates assigned tasks for development and approval of ORP's.
- Analyses approved ORP's and develops Roadmap deliverables tracking sheet with required fields and close-out evidence folders per deliverable.
- Develops and maintains Operations Readiness/Roadmap Charts with input from stakeholders.
- Manages functionality of ORP Deliverables Master File by maintaining data source connections with working files and ensures accessibility of Roadmap system elements by all stakeholders; resolves issues in consultation with IT-helpdesk.
- Facilitates regular meetings amongst stakeholders to track deliverables and maintains dashboard to develop (Weekly, Monthly & Adhoc) reports.
- Coordinates assigned tasks for development and approval of P-to-PA (Project to Producing Asset) handover dossiers and OAC (Operational Acceptance Certificate)
- Supports implementation of continuous improvement recommendations related to Processes to meet the demands of a dynamic, growing and complex working environment.
Profile
- Ideally, You will have graduated with minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of multi-disciplinary experience in oil & gas industry encompassing areas such as Projects coordination, planning, reporting and administration.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with ability to work under pressure and in cross functional teams.
