The Purpose of the Role

As a Director of Enterprise Solutions here at Honeywell, youwill be accountable for guiding the development and implementation ofenterprise-level technology solutions. Your strategic vision, technicalexpertise, and guiding skills will be instrumental in delivering innovative andeffective solutions that drive business growth and operational excellence.

In this role,you will have the opportunity to shape the overall enterprise solutionsstrategy and guide the team in designing and implementing scalable, secure, andintegrated solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to comprehendbusiness requirements, identify technology solutions, and ensure successfulsolution delivery. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersand effectively communicate complex technical concepts will be key to drivingcustomer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

Youwill report directly to our Senior Director Enterprise Sales and work out ofour Dhahran location on On-site work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
  • Guide the development and implementation of enterprise solutions for our customers
  • Drive the growth and profitability of the business through innovative solutions
  • Manage all aspects of engagements for Strategic/Large Opportunities
  • Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions.
  • Define sales and growth strategy towards key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers.
  • Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the team
  • Ensure solutions align with scalability, security, and integration requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in enterprise solutions processes and methodologies

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprisesolutions development and implementation
  • Bachelor's /Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or engineering
  • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture or related areas Strong guiding and strategic planningskills
  • Proven track record of driving growthand profitability through innovative solutions
  • Expertise in emerging technologies and trends, with a focus on leveraging them for business advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking skills, business acumen and customer focus
