Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SeniorBusiness Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have aproven track record in business development in Semiconductor materials relatedfield, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategicinitiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of advance packaging market trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build andmaintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of achieving business development goals and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and analytically.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong CoWos knowledge is a plus.
