We're seeking a highly skilled Program Manager IV to join our team and provide integration management support for a major acquisition in the U.S. Utilities industry. This is a contract position with full-time hours and the opportunity for growth and development.
Role Overview
- Utilize program tools and processes to support the management of U.S. Utilities Integration (USUI), including planning and execution, functional integration plan development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct and facilitate business workshops to determine integration requirements, solutions, and execution plans.
- Develop and manage Gantt chart projects, providing accurate and timely updates and identifying and communicating risks to project schedules.
- Manage impacts of scope, schedule, and cost on the overall integration program, using critical path insights to drive action.
- Lead IPMO meetings, providing updates, communicating requests, validating progress, and promoting collaboration among SMEs.
- Support reporting, presentation, and content development for various levels of leadership and external counterparts.
- Build, manage, and support performance metrics and reporting to track progress, adjust plans, and identify variances.
- Coordinate with various functional SMEs, leaders, external partners, and consultants.
- Assist with project forecasts, integration budget management, and TSA cost analysis.
- Contribute to option analysis and recommendations made by senior members of the USUI IPMO.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the acquiring and acquired organizations.
- Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Projects and other Microsoft toolsets.
- Strong understanding of Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and Quality Programme Structure & Principles.
- Experience with budget management and financial analysis.
- Optional: Familiarity with Microsoft Projects and other Microsoft toolsets.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement and change.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or program management roles.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of TIS and Gas Utility business is a plus.
- Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on alternative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or program management roles.
