This position reports to

Regional Manager, SOMA Region

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Division in SEA/Oceania/Middle East/Africa (SOMA) region. You will be mainly accountable for: • Accountable for total Cobot sales in the SEA/Oceania/Middle East/Africa (SOMA). • Open new channels and sell to distributors, Cobot experts, and small machine builders. • Support and grow Cobot know-how within new channels. • Manage and evaluate performance of distributors and new channels. • Conduct Cobot demonstrations for customers. • Assist sales teams with Cobot presentations and proposals. • Promote partnerships with ecosystem partners. • Propose and support marketing campaigns. • Manage Cobot leads and follow up. • Monitor and record Cobot pipeline. • Manage channel conflicts. • Represent Cobot sales at events and in media. • Ensure price consistency across channels. • Gather market intelligence on competitors.

Qualifications for the role

  • Driven and Proactive individual comfortable with opening doors to new customers.
  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred).
  • 5 years of relevant industry sales or related experience in robotics and automation.
  • Strong technical and application knowledge in robotics, with some hands-on experience being a plus.
  • Experience in coaching, motivating, and developing sales personnel to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
