This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities

1. Performance Target - Focuses on achievement of the assigned targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focuses on sales forecasting accuracy, timely and complete quote, clean orders % (executable backlog), NPS (Net Promote Score), SFDC data quality KPIs, minimize the # of manual sales order changes due to inconsistent master data. Highly skilled in people management. Ensures continuous team development. 2. Lead-to-Opportunity Management - Manages a team to ensure ultimate support to the Commercial function on leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities management, accounts segmentation, accounts planning, forecasting and overall data quality reported in commercial tools. Member of the Commercial Processes Community, facilitates the local adoption and the enhancement of existing and future commercial tools. 3. Configurations and Quotations: Leads a team of experts that working on customers and sales engineers' input, generate products/systems configurations, market special price agreements, direct and indirect quotations, transfer special price agreements to FFs, collect and manage public tendering documentation. 4. Commercial Policies & Contracts Administration - Administers locally the Global OEMs sales contract, lead the preparation and ensures the implementation and administration of any local sales contract/policy/campaign released in the market (flow business). 5. Risk Review - Ensures a complete and timely preparation and upload within the global risk review data base of local projects and follow-up based on input providers. 6. Master Data - Ensures the complete and timely administration of products, customers and commercial master data (including price list, discounts and credit limits by customer, T&C) within the ERP/commercial tools. 7. KPIs & Reporting - Standardize reporting KPIs and build, prepare and distribute standard sales support dashboard to measure the local achievements vs targets and to provide input for continuous improvement within the sales community 8. HSE - Ensures that Group and local health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives are understood and implemented in the local sales support units.

Qualifications for the role

  • Engineering degree &/or Technical Diploma in Electrification and/or Business Marketing Management.
  • Fully knowledgeable of the Sales Processes such as:
  • Supporting at the dedicated area a proper implementation and communication of the sales processes; and
  • possesses an in-depth knowledge in relation to the sales tool deployment (e.g. SFDC, Apttus);
  • Technically competent wrt Low Voltage products.
  • Highly skilled in people management. Ensures a proper communication and updates on issues related to team development.
  • Own communication skills in English. Any other language will be an added value.
  • Must have the following:-
  • Management skills enabling him/her to develop the Sales Support organization and drive process alignment according to the global guidelines;
  • Process oriented allowing him/her to setup of Quotation management & implementation of a suitable process for sales support in Saudi Arabia complying with the customer requirements;
  • Eliminate or Minimize 'Dirty Orders' prior to order booking and execution;
  • Claim, Own & implement the Master Data process & prove effectiveness;
  • Own SFDC/LEX data accuracy & reporting;
  • Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes and share best practices and lessons learned across the organization
  • Nice to have the following:
  • HSE Awareness to ensure that Group and local health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives are understood and implemented in the local sales support units.
  • People leadership and development: Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed. Builds an effective, capable and high performing organization.
