You will be joining a team of highly skilled process specialists. In collaboration with our stakeholders in a global organization we develop and continuously improve business processes to enable excellence of all key capabilities developed by Vestas Power Solutions that enable Vestas to execute world-class products. Our goal is to make processes easy to follow and beneficial for employees. Oversee continuous improvement projects and ensure governance and processes are developed in accordance with the strategy and roadmaps

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for business process management of key capabilities developed in our Vestas Technology & Operations organization that enable Vestas to implement high-quality products

• You have the responsibility for scoping, developing and implementing continuous improvement projects

• You will do this together with relevant stakeholders to ensure commercial focus, efficient and effective governance, processes, and clear roles and responsibilities in accordance with the strategy, Quality, and PEX roadmaps and targets

• You will have responsibility for global business processes that are documented and signed off by relevant stakeholders

• You are responsible for effective stakeholder management by engaging with various stakeholders across the value chain, coordinating Business Process Management Forums ensuring accountability in the line organization

• You will draw on your previous experience, and continuous monitoring of best practices, you will be expected to encourage innovation and guide the direction of the business

• You will embody and promote Vestas' values: Accountability, Simplicity, Collaboration and Passion

Qualifications

The right candidate has worked in a role with attention towards Business Process development, optimization and documentation, potentially with experience within LEAN / Six Sigma and Change Management

We expect you have:

• Relevant master's degree and at least +3-5 years' experience within process in a large international company, for instance within an engineering Industry

• Business process knowledge within the areas of product management, project management, and product development

• Ability to think strategically and implement operationally

• Structured and able to transfer business requirement in to process landscape and documentation

Competencies

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have effective Business Process Management, documentation and Process tool capabilities, e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma and know how to apply it in improvement projects and initiatives

• Are strong facilitators who adequately manage large workshops in person, online and in hybrid situations

• Have good stakeholder and change management skills ensuring engagement and buy-in from global stakeholders

• Have analytics and problem-solving skills converting opportunities into efficient and effective global processes

• Are able to bridge the gaps between subject matter experts and stakeholders from across the value chain

• Have a focused attitude and resolve and are seeking to deliver strategic and operational results

• Are able and willing to take decisions

• Are able to work synergistically as well as together with others across functional areas

• Thrive in a lively work environment

• Have good communication skills in English, written and verbal, and are able to communicate convincingly with various stakeholders on different levels within the organization
