As a Senior System Advisor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing expert guidance and support in system design and implementation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements. With your extensive knowledge and experience in system architecture, you will contribute to the success of our projects and drive customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for technical advisement, system health evaluation, system maintenance, and advanced system configurations to assist our OnGuard customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining and strengthening cross-functional relationships with key internal customers including Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management on behalf of the customer.
You will report directly to our Manager-LenelS2 Managed Services, and you'll work on a remote work schedule. Candidates that are based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones are preferred to support regional obligations.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $90,400 - $117,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $90,400 - $124,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

- Acting a primary point of contact for customers and as their voice within LenelS2
- Subject matter expert for OnGuard related projects
- Hosting technical advisement calls and ownership of call agenda
- Provide software and database expertise to customer and VAR project resources
- Provide reporting on system health and set action items for improvements
- Troubleshooting OnGuard security system issues
- System design review
- Evaluation of business procedures and "best practices"
- Software database advisement
- Develop and implement OnGuard system maintenance strategies
- Some travel may be required (no more than 2 weeks per year)

MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of Software Development/Scripting work experience
- 3+ years of Cloud based server and SQL infrastructure (Azure and AWS) experience
- 5+ years of security industry experience
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant work experience
OR - 2-year college degree / equivalent combination of documented experience and skills or Technical Certification
- SQL / Oracle knowledge or certifications
- Windows Server support knowledge or certifications
- Experience with Crystal Reports
