Essential skills and knowledge
- Deliver on-time, in-full, and high-quality periodic dashboard report to CEO and Chief of Staff;
- Proactively identify risks and escalate accordingly;
- Monitor and be informed in strategic execution;
- Coordinate all research requests by CEO;
- Dashboard reporting;
- Consolidation, documentation and reporting on targets;
- Market research;
- Issue escalation and resolution, when needed;
- Update on entity targets;
- Deliver prompt and accurate monthly dashboard report to CEO and Chief of Staff, with all relevant information complete;
- Coordinate with PM team within Finance as well as strategy to ensure high quality, robust reporting is completed on time and ensure consistency in quality of reporting;
- Collect clarifications of KPls outside of targets, and conduct analysis such as sensitivity analysis, when needed - in coordination with PM unit and Finance;
- Identify business risks and elaborate mitigation plans;
- Monitor governance compliance;
- Share and promote best practices;
- Liaise with delivery excellence to trigger additional support required for non¬performing initiatives;
- Create and manage CEO briefs and dashboards, ensuring they complete and updated in time;
- Conduct analytics support for any adhoc analysis requested from CEO;
- Manage 1:1 CEO to VP performance dialogues;
- Assist CEO and business units in defining targets;
- CEO level report briefs i.e. timeliness, availability of information;
- Quality of market insights provided to CEO.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor’s and or Master’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification;
- Proficiency in English Language;
- Experience:10 Years of experience.
