Purchasing Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have a chance to source materials that meet the required technical specifications, budget, delivery timelines, and terms. Each day, you'll help ensure that purchasing activities align with the company's policies and procedures. You'll also get to put your expertise to work by collaborating with different parties and colleagues worldwide. This role is with a temporary contract valid until 30.09.2025. The work model for the role is: hybrid #LIhybrid • Creating Purchase Orders in the system based on purchase requisitions, ensuring they follow standard procedures, confirming deliveries with suppliers, and monitoring supplier performance to meet Purchase order requirements. • Negotiating agreements with key suppliers and regularly updating price lists and terms and conditions. • Reviewing and evaluating bids to identify the best value. • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand material needs, provide updates on purchase progress, and address any supply chain concerns or adjustments.

Qualifications for the role

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written) at B2 level or higher; knowledge of Estonian, or Finnish is a plus
• Strong computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Office 365
• Excellent communication skills, with a client-focused approach and a solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with SAP is an advantage
