We are currently seeking a Instrument Supervisor for Precommissioning and Commissioning Start Up, reporting directly to Precom/Comm Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.

About the Job

Ensuring the discipline and zone assigned to, that field performed by the subcontractors, following the specifications and drawings as noted in the subcontract documents in terms of HSE, quality and planning.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
  • Support subcontractors in terms of work preparation, performance monitoring, reporting of progress / resources.
  • Give substantial technical support to subcontractors to facilitate work execution.
  • Executes the follow up of Construction activities, on a defined area/unit/plant or group of systems.
  • Assist subcontractors in identifying, analyzing and resolving problems, and connect with the appropriate entities
  • Ensure the implementation of QHSE procedures and facilitates daily monitoring.
  • Ensure appropriate coordination of his/her discipline with the other discipline supervisors.
  • Advice the Discipline Superintendent of any deficiency at site.

About You

Education: Technical Diploma/Bachelor Degree

Experiences in: Position in EPC Projects, Fundamental understanding of Construction process

Languages: Fluency English and Spanish
