You will join a supportive team and work closely with suppliers and project stakeholders to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
Function description
In this role, you will contribute to the success of procurement activities by managing supplier relationships, preparing requests, and monitoring progress. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects while further developing your skills in a dynamic environment.
Job-Specific Tasks:
- Prepare and manage requests for quotations (RFQs) and assess supplier offers.
- Place purchase orders and oversee outsourcing processes.
- Develop and maintain purchasing plans and framework agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and participate in project meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with project goals.
Requirements
- A technical education; relevant additional certifications, such as NEVI 1, are a plus.
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role; experience with disciplines such as HVAC, Piping, or E&I is an advantage.
- A proactive and organized mindset, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a bonus.
