JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee and streamline our procurement, inventory and distribution processes. This role ensures the efficient flow of goods and materials across the supply chain while driving cost savings and operational intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily supply chain activities, including procurement (all vendors), inventory control, warehousing, and distribution
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive efficiency and improve performance
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs while maintaining product availability
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Lead, mentor and evaluate performance of supply chain team to achieve department goals
• Identify and resolve supply chain challenges to ensure smooth operations while adhering to quality standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject i.e. Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain.
• Relevant Experience.
• Open for Kuwaiti Nationals, as part of the Kuwaitization initiative.
• Strong English and Arabic - reading, speaking and writing.
