This opportunity will ask a student to perform the following job duties:

• Evaluate options for next generation embedded nonvolatile memory sense devices
• TCAD to model sense device for smart power
• Create white paper evaluating next generation embedded nonvolatile sense device for memory options
• Electrical Characterization of devices

Objectives:

• Supply white paper evaluating next generation embedded nonvolatile memory options sense devices. and TCAD background for next generation memory options sense devices

Qualifications

In order to be considered for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in a graduate electrical engineering program in the following semester.

• TCAD, preferably Sentaurus, Silvaco or Comsol
• Materials Science background preferred
• Device Physics Knowledge
• Semiconductor Device Architecture
• Basic knowledge of Process integration to construct devices
