ISC Analytics Specialist II (Power bi and sql)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Centralize, simplify, standardize, and automate dataanalytics to improve efficiencies, increase productivity, and enablingdata-driven decision making.
• To be the trusted source of information andanalytics for leadership within Honeywell Intelligrated
• Work with productowner to identify data requirements, design data pipeline (using Snowflake,Alteryx, SQL or Data Bricks) and create requisite analytics tool or dashboard.
• Develop data pipelines and visualizations leveraging standards, guidelines,and data governance rules
• Articulate data-driven insights to key stakeholdersvia visualization tools and dashboards with Power Bi
• Partneringwith multiple IT organizations to implement, design and develop data sourcesand pipelines to meet customer requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
• 2 year degree needed
• 2+ years' experience in: o Dataengineering, modeling, mining, pattern analysis, and visualization to addressbusiness needs investigate, recommend, and implement solutions to streamlinedata processes and ensure data consistency across systems (Salesforce, Tableau,Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Hana, SAP BI, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Data Integration,and third-party integration) o Data Analysis, validation, cleansing,verification, and identification of mismatches between CRM, ERP, SQL andThird-Party data sources o Developing and documenting descriptive data modelsbased on requirements analysis o Creating new reporting solutions, introducingBusiness Intelligence technology and merging business process rules with systemdata flows, and implementing required change management solutions to improveefficiencies o Using multiple technologies including but not limited to Power Bi, MS Power Apps, Alteryx, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, Oracle, SQL oOrganizing and driving successful completion of data insight initiatives oCreating complex formulas with Power BI o Ability to work withproduct owner and convert functional requirement in technical design withminimal supervision
