As the M&A IT Director of Honeywell Aerospace Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all IT aspects of M&A (merger and acquisition) initiatives. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Information Technology, and work out of our headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona on a hybrid work schedule. As the M&A IT Director, you will have a significant impact on our organization's growth and success by identifying and executing strategic IT acquisitions, seamlessly integrating acquired companies into our robust IT infrastructure, and fostering synergies across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all strategic IT aspects of mergers and acquisitions projects
- Utilize project management expertise to ensure successful execution of M&A initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans using Microsoft Project Plan and Jira
- Implement Agile and Waterfall practices to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables
- Mitigate risks and issues throughout the M&A process to ensure smooth integration
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in various settings
- Work with cross-functional teams to align IT strategies with business objectives
- Monitor industry trends and performance-driven landscape to identify potential opportunities and risks in the IT sector
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on IT M&A activities and their impact on Honeywell's overall business strategy

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership and project management, preferably in the IT sector
- Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Project Plan, Jira, Agile/Waterfall practices
- Proven track record of successful risk and issue mitigation in M&A projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with budget control and forecasting processes
